I swear, I am still coming off of the holiday food overload and have been wanting a change to mark my way back into more nourishing and grounding foods…enter this sumptuous blueberry caramel smoothie! I adore a smoothie that has texture and one that you can actually bite into, and we have that here with chunks of juicy dates and cacao nibs elevating this smoothie experience!

Blueberry-Date ‘Caramel’ Shake

Serves 1

1 frozen banana

3/4 cup walunt, almond or coconut milk (or any milk you love)

2 medjool dates, pitted

1/2 cup @calgiantberries blueberries

1 tsp cinnamon

1 scoop coconut yogurt

A few ice cubes

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend till creamy. Pour into a glass and top with cacao nibs. Enjoy!
